Solution for primary meat and poultry processors

MHM Automation provides a complete solution to automate the back end of meat processing operations, from the boning room to palletising.

Our solution for primary meat processors includes carton erecting, meat compacting and lidding, freezing, storage and retrieval, palletising and pallet handling.

Interfacing conveyors and the use of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) automate the movement of product throughout these processes to create a completely integrated, automated system.

We can also offer water heating and storage solutions.

Solution for secondary meat and poultry processors

MHM Automation provides a complete solution to automate the reverse-packaging process at the front end of operations for secondary processors of meat products.

Our reverse packaging system spans from pallet handling and de-palletising through to de-boxing of primals, and delivering them to the line ready for cutting, grinding or further processing, or re-palletising.

Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and conveyors automate the movement of product between these processes to create an integrated, automated system.

For primary dairy processors we provide tanks, silos and handling equipment for transporting, storing and converting liquid milk and cream into powder.

For primary cheese processors we provide an integrated solution for the back end of processing, from the cheese tower to palletising.

Our system for cheese processors includes BetaVac vacuum packaging, including gusseting bags, vacuum sealing, testing the vacuum seal and orientating bagged blocks for transfer to the packing line. Carton erectors automate the preparation of carton packaging.

The Cheese Cooling Tunnel automates the chilling process and can be followed by palletising and AMRs for pallet handling.

Solution for secondary cheese and dairy processors

For cheese converters we provide world-leading technologies for complete line automation at the front end, with our reverse packaging system.

Our reverse packaging system automates from de-palletising through de-boxing, de-bagging and quality checking to deliver an unwrapped block ready for cutting, slicing or other further processing. We also provide re-palletising and pallet handling via Automated Mobile Robots (AMRs).
