Our team have been busy working on a plate freezer installation for V&V Walsh Meat Processors & Exporters in West Australia.
The plates for the first of two Milmeq FCF Plate Freezers were trucked to site this week, assembled by crane and then skated into final position in the plate freezer enclosure.
These horizontal plate freezers are big – the plates for each freezer unit weigh in at 24 tonnes and the final structures will stand at 21 metres high, each providing capacity to freeze more than 1,500 cartons of meat in a 24 hour cycle.
