RPCs are durable, reusable crates for transportation and display of perishable grocery products. Delivered flat-packed on pallets, the RPCs need to be erected prior to being filled.
The RPC Erector is a simple, small-footprint machine, designed to de-stack and erect full pallets of reusable plastic containers efficiently and conveniently, with minimum operator attendance.
Designed to be installed alongside case-ready processing lines, the RPC Erector features a footprint similar to the space required for a pallet of RPCs and operators manually erecting the crates.
Full pallets of dismantled RPCs are loaded into the RPC Erector by the forklift driver. The driver pushes the start button, and can then leave to address other duties.
The erected RPCs can exit the machine either long-edge leading or short-edge leading, depending on the line requirements.
